Onlinekurs zum Thema "Web technologies". Ich bin dabei!

Heute startet ein weiterer, aus meiner Sicht sehr interessanter, Onlinekurs von der Open HPI zum Thema "Web technologies". Als ich mir die Lerninhalte angeschaut habe, konnte ich einfach nicht nein sagen und habe mich sofort angemeldet.

Der Kurs wird 6 Wochen laufen und hat folgendes zu bieten:

4. Woche

  • Introduction to Web Programming
  • Client-Side Web Programming
  • DOM and DHTML
  • JavaScript
  • JavaScript Frameworks
  • Selected JavaScript Libraries
  • Example Application
  • CoffeeScript and Dart


5. Woche

  • Introduction to Server–side Web Programming
  • Session Management
  • MVC
  • Persistence and Database Layer
  • Asynchronous Client-/Server Communication (AJAX, JSON)
  • Web-based APIs and Webservices (REST)
  • Graphics- and Video Formats, Character Encoding
  • Selected Web Application Frameworks, Example Application


6. Woche

  • Introduction: Web 3.0
  • Social Web and Social Media
  • Facebook, Google+, Twitter / Renren, Qzone, Weibo & Co.
  • Search Engines
  • Semantic Web
  • Machine-to-Machine Communication
  • SOAP-based Webservices

Der Kurs ist die anderen auch kostenlos und wied in englischer Sprache gehalten. Am Ende gibts dann einen Zertifikat, wenn man die Bedienungen dafür erfühlt.
